The Diagnosis: Parkinson’s Disease & Spinal Injury
The “Prince of Darkness” has survived decades of a rock-and-roll lifestyle, but recent years have been his toughest. Ozzy revealed his Parkinson’s diagnosis (PRKN 2) in 2020. Combined with a severe spinal injury from a fall, his mobility has been severely compromised.
He has undergone multiple extensive surgeries and requires ongoing rehabilitation therapy. Despite the physical limitations and the massive medical expenses, Ozzy continues to record music, proving that his passion for art is stronger than his physical ailments.
